1) Everyone has their own bias based on their own personal experience.

2) You have to forgive yourself for what you didn't know before you learned it.

3) Do better. 

How someone represents themselves whether using a digital format, print-centered media or having a good ole fashion custom conversation- it is vital to ensure not only an accurate representation but also to showcase what you have to offer and holding that to the utmost regard.
